Why have I been charged interest?
Interest accrues on the unpaid owing balance of all transactions on the account that are interest-bearing. Interest is calculated daily on an annual basis (365 days per year). Interest is applied on the statement date and forms part of the closing balance for payment on your next due date.

The Q Card Statement Reissue Fee is charged whenever a Q Card statement is reissued. The fee is $7.50 for up to 5 statements, then $1 per statement thereafter, payable on each request for additional statement copies. Fee correct as at 4 June 2015.
