How do I update my contact details?

Q Mastercard Holders:

Yes, You can update your details by logging in to My Account, clicking ‘Account details’ and updating your address, phone and email. Please note that you may only change contact information once in a 24 hour period; this means that you can update either your phone or email and will have to wait 24 hours before updating any other information. This is a security measure aimed at protecting

Q Card Holders:

Please contact us on 0800 117 000 to update your contact information.
