You can cancel a Q PLAN at any time by calling us on 0800 119 100. Cancellations can take up to 5 business days to reflect. Please note that a cancelled Q PLAN purchase will become interest bearing at the Standard Interest Rate of 28.50% p.a. immediately, and will form part of your owing balance on your next statement.
