How do I apply for financial hardship?

Q MasterCard Holders:

To apply for hardship, send us an enquiry using this form and one of our team will be in contact with you to discuss your options. Or if you’d like to speak directly to one of our friendly customer service representatives by calling 0800 990 073.

Q Card Holders:

To apply for hardship, send us an enquiry using our financial hardship help form and one of our team will be in contact with you to discuss your options. Or if you’d like to speak directly to one of our friendly customer service representatives, you can do so by calling 0800 499 299.
