Why have I not received my statement in the post?

Please note this article applies to

Q MasterCard Holders: By default all statements are sent electronically. You will receive an email notification every month on your statement date prompting you to log in and view & download your statement. You can access up to 12 months statements within My Account, or up to 6 months on the mobile app.

Q Card Holders: If you have registered for e-statements you will recieve an email notification every month on your statement date prompting you to log in to My Account to view & download your statement.

If you wish to receive statements in the post please contact us to arrange this change. Please note that there is a monthly paper statement fee of $1 which will apply.
