Important Announcement for Q Card Customers

It has come to our attention that some customers have been receiving calls from individuals claiming to be from Q Card.

Please be aware that Q Card will never ask you to update or confirm any personal information such as a bank account number, or credit card or internet banking details via an unsolicited call or email.

If you do receive a call from someone claiming to be from Q Card requesting personal information, we strongly recommend that you end the call immediately. You can report such calls to our customer services team on 0800 117 000.
