1. Prize Draw valid from 3 November 2018 to 26 December 2018 (“Prize Draw Period”).
2. There are 14 prizes in total to give away (“Prize Draw”).
3. The first Prize draw winner drawn will receive a Flight Centre Gift Card to the total amount of NZD$5,000, the next 3 Prize Draw winners drawn will each receive a Samsung 65″ UHD QLED Smart TV valued at $3,495 RRP, the next 4 Prize Draw winners drawn will each receive a Samsung 8.5KG QuickDrive/6Kg Dryer Combo valued at $2,899 RRP, the next 6 Prize Draw winners drawn will each receive a Weber Q BBQ valued at $549 RRP, or all 14 Prize Draw winners can opt to receive the RRP value of their drawn prize as an account credit (“Prize”). An entry into the Prize Draw is automatic every time a purchase is made with Q Card or Q Mastercard at any retailer that accepts Q Card or Q Mastercard in-store or online during the Prize Draw Period.
4. 14 winning Q Card or Q Mastercard transactions will be drawn at random from all respective valid entries received during the Prize Draw Period and will take place at the end of the Prize Draw Period at 111 Carlton Gore Road, Newmarket, Auckland.
5. The winners will be notified by phone/email/mail by 18 January 2019.
6. To be eligible for a Prize, an account must not be in arrears at the time the Prize Draw takes place.
7. The Prizes will be provided to the winners by 8 February 2019. Each Prize is not negotiable, non-refundable or redeemable for cash.
8. Any payments made on Q Card or Q Mastercard during the Prize Draw Period that have been cancelled or suspended before the Prize Draw date will be taken as an ineligible entry into the Prize Draw.
9. The entities responsible for this promotion are Consumer Finance Limited and Columbus Financial Services Limited (“Promoter”), which reserve the right to use a winner’s name and photograph for promotional purposes.
10. If a winner cannot be contacted by 29 January 2019, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a Prize.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Prize Draw and these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
12. The Promoter is not liable for any failure (for whatever reason) to record an entry into the Prize Draw.
13. Any decisions made by the Promoter in relation to the Prize Draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The Promoter shall not be liable, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, damage or personal injury (whether physical or mental) in connection with the Prize Draw, a Prize or its use by a winner.
15. Entry into the Prize Draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
16. Employees of FlexiGroup (New Zealand) Limited are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
