Choose the way you want to make repayments

Every month we’ll send you a statement that shows the amount owing on your Q Card. You can choose to make payments weekly, fortnightly or monthly – whatever suits your budget. You can also select the payment method that suits you best:

Direct Debit
For hassle-free payments you can fill out a Direct Debit form in-store or download one here and send it to Q Card. Alternatively, give us a call on 0800 11 7000 and we can sort one over the phone for you.

Internet Banking
Simply follow your bank's procedure for paying online. You'll find Q Card included in all major banks’ lists of payees. Remember to use the last 12 digits of your Q Card number as reference for your payment, as this will ensure your payment reaches us.Having trouble locating us on internet banking? Telephone Banking
Ask your bank to set us up as one of your payment parties. Remember to use the last 12 digits of your Q Card number as the reference for your payment, as this will ensure your payment reaches us correctly.

Automatic Payments
You can download the form here.  Complete the last 12 digits of your Q Card number as your reference on the spaces provided and drop this into your bank. Your bank will start paying your Q Card on your instructed start date.
