Q Card offers easy and flexible repayment options
Unlike some credit card repayment options, Q Card gives you the freedom to tailor your
payment plan. You can make payments weekly, fortnightly or monthly to suit your budget.
Direct debit
For hassle-free payments you can fill out a Direct Debit form in-store or download one now.
Complete and post the form to:

Internet banking
Simply follow your bank's procedure for paying online. You'll find Q Card included in all major banks’
lists of payees. Just remember to use the last 12 digits of your Q Card number as reference for
your payment, as this will ensure your payment reaches us.
Telephone banking
You can ask your bank to set Q Card up as one of your payment parties. Remember to use the
last 12 digits of your Q Card number as the reference for your payment, as this will ensure your
payment reaches us correctly.
Automatic payments
You can make a fixed payment weekly, fortnightly or monthly from your bank account.
Download our automatic payment form , complete and then return it to your bank. Please note
that a separate authority is required for each account you have with Q Card.
Post a cheque
Return the payment slip from your Q Card statement with your cheque to:

Please allow at least 5 working days for the cheque to be processed.
What is the minimum repayment amount?
How much you pay is up to you, as long you pay the minimum monthly amount each month.
The minimum payment will depend on the contracts you have signed. This could be worked out
as 3% of the account balance for Flexi Payment Plans and set amounts for Fixed Instalment Plans.
