If it’s the first time you’re using Q Card, simply fill in a few details with the retailer and wait while they process your application. Your application will be swiftly processed, the transaction is completed and you can walk out with your purchase.

From then on you only have to show your Card and sign for any subsequent purchase. It’s that easy!

Your Q Card is also great for buying the smaller things you want, because it works like an EFTPOS card at all our retail partners.  You don’t have to keep it just for big-ticket items like washing machines and PCs – use it for clothing, cosmetics and much more. Any time you like, you can simply swipe your Q Card and pay no interest for three months.
